The first of three Lab Experiments took place in Moldova on February 25th, 2020. Representatives from 10 farmer or land manager groups focused together on ‘Understanding performance and developing an Action Plan’. They will return to their groups to disseminate information and apply any new skills learned. This event, hosted by ProEntranse, and introduced by Mr Tudor Robu, FAO Representative in Moldova, is part of the final year of activities within The BOND Project (Bringing Organizations & Network Development to Higher Levels in the Farming Sector in Europe).
The representatives will participate in further capacity building activities in two subsequent Lab Experiments in Moldova, bring back reports from their various organizations, design Action Plans, ultimately leading to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in different sectors for future cooperation.
The hope is that each representative will be equipped to start a strategic planning process within their organization for a future change.
The BOND Project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement No. 774208.
